Industrial temperature controllers  display, monitor and control cooling- and heating circuits and serve as overheating protection of plants. They are used in hydraulic, lubrication and temperature control systems. The temperature sensor is connected via a capillary tube with a membrane in the switching regulator. The expansion of liquid in the sensor changes its volume in direct correlation with the applied temperature. The change in volume moves the diaphragm. A lever mechanism transmits the membrane motion to a dip switch (micro switch). The controller reacts very accurately, even when there are only small temperature changes. Shock and vibration do not affect the accuracy. The sensor and contact systems of the individual controllers are separated. The Thermometers work with a spring system and a separate sensor system. All sensor systems are housed together in a thermo well.

Fluid Level Switches are used in any application where fluid levels are monitored, controlled and regulated.
Numerous designs are possible by combining the individual components, such as floater, switch and connector. The number of switching points (changeover) can be individually adjusted.

Capillary Temperature Controller

The Industrial Capillary Temperature Controllers function through the principle of liquid expansion. The temperature sensor is connected via a capillary tube with a membrane to the switch. The expansion fluid in the sensor changes its volume as a direct function of the applied temperature. The change in volume moves the membrane. A lever mechanism transmits the membrane’s motion to a dip switch (micro switch). Here, the controller reacts, even with low temperature changes. Shocks do not affect the accuracy. The sensor and contact systems of the individual controllers are separated. The thermometer works with a spring loaded system and a separate sensor system. All sensor systems are housed together in a thermo well.

 

LK Oval Gear Flow Meter

The oval gear flow meter is used to measure the flow rate and to monitor the flowing medium. They are mainly used for hydraulic -, and lube oil systems.

 

LK Low Pressure Double-Filter

Low pressure filters are used to filter lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, diesel oil, heavy fuel oil, cooling liquids, emulsions and similar liquids.
Double Filter, Series 32 can be switched during operation. They are used when systems are operated continuously.

 

LK Low-Pressure Gear Pumps

Low-pressure gear pumps are used to pump and circulate lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, diesel fuel oil and those media that have adequate lubricity and contain no hard and abrasive contaminants.

The robust, vibration-insulated design can be used for the following applications:

  • Measurement of positive and negative overpressure
  • Gaseous and liquid media as long as  they are not high viscosity or crystallizing, or cause contamination or Cu alloyed.
  • Dynamically loaded  measuring points

 

LK Viscosity Meter

The device is used for measuring viscosity online, especially for diesel engines powered by heavy fuel oil. It is mostly used by operators, who have viscosity variances during operation. LK Viscosity meter ensures that the system has a well-adjusted viscosity setting at all times.
