Many plants have been running reliably for decades – until a spare part is missing, the original manufacturer no longer exists or documents have been lost. This is exactly where we come in. And explicitly also for plants that were not built by L+K.
SEND A SERVICE ENQUIRY →We are not a spare parts dealer. We start with a technical survey: what does the component have to do in your plant – and can it still be sourced at all? If not, we design a technically equivalent product and supply it to fit your plant – for pumps, valves, filters, heat exchangers, instrumentation and actuators.
If a part is no longer available, we re-manufacture it. Based on measurements or a 3D scan, a new manufacturing drawing is created, according to which the part or assembly is produced within our own manufacturing group.
We plan overhauls in clearly separated phases – dismantling on site, inspection and workshop overhaul, reassembly and commissioning. Historical certificates are assigned and missing records supplemented wherever possible.
Obsolete components, outdated instrumentation or increased requirements? We modernise selectively – with new components that fit into the existing plant, without you having to replace the entire system.
Before we supply anything, we determine the function of the component: medium, pressure, temperature, flow rate, material, installation dimensions and interfaces. Then we check availability. If the original product is no longer available or cannot be obtained economically, we design a technically equivalent product – with proof that it fits your plant.
